RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
Having your future home inspected is considered one of the most important steps during the home buying process. A home inspection will provide detailed information regarding current conditions of the property before you buy/own the property. The inspection typically takes around 3 hours to complete however more for larger homes. My findings are then compiled on a detailed report which includes high definition color pictures for easy clarification/interpretation.
The detailed, visual home inspection covers the following categories:

Having an inspection performed on a “pre-owned” home makes perfect sense, however, most buyers who intend to purchase a brand-new home don’t always feel they should hire a home inspector (unless advised by a realtor or friend). Why? (1) The construction manager, city or county inspectors are extremely busy due to the sheer volume of new homes being built. This can and does prevent them from catching every deficiency AND have the deficient items repaired before the next phase of the inspection begins. (2) I work exclusively for you and your best interest and do not have your builder or anyone else’s interest in mind when working for you.
